Blue Badge Application

If you want to apply for a blue badge you can contact the council directly. They will contact the surgery if they need any more information. Please use the following website click here.

Support for Young People

For patients who are aged 10 to 25 the Here4YOUth service will offer support with various problems/difficulties. This include drugs, alcohol, housing, loneliness, bullying, mild low mood and life skills/money.

Sexual Health
