Using the right hand side of your last prescription or completing an order form which you will find in reception.
Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions will be taken between 11am – 4pm for housebound patients only.
EPS – Electronic Prescribing Service
EPS means that you can nominate a pharmacy so that your prescription can be signed and sent electronically for collection at your nominated pharmacy.
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. Please ensure that your chosen nominated pharmacy is up to date. You can order by your preferred method and still use the EPS service.
