parkrun practice

We are really proud to become the first certified parkrun practice in the West Midlands having teamed up with Dudley parkrun based at The Dell Stadium, Bryce Road. The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) are working with parkrun in a new initiative to improve the health and wellbeing of staff and patients. You can read all about us teaming up with parkrun by clicking here to see the press release issued by Dudley CCG.  parkrun is a free organised 5k run or walk every Saturday morning at 9am. Our local event is from The Dell Stadium however there are parkruns all over the country in fact all over the world every Saturday! All you need to do is register online, print your barcodes to take along and turn up! To find out more information and register visit the parkrun website. Several members of staff have already completed their first parkrun so if you want a chat about what to expect then just ask at reception. We hope to see you there!
